Sports Nutrition

This program is designed for the competitive to recreational athlete. Evaluation and education around nutritional analysis and fueling, hydration guidance, and nutrition education around sport specific, activity level, age, and set personal client-centered goals is provided.  Evaluation of current exercise regime is taken to account to ensure that the client is getting the adequate nutrients to fuel their body and optimize their wellness to keep them active longer. The rate of this program can be monthly to include frequent interaction to ensure goals are being met or on an hourly bases depending on the need of the client.
